  2. Wrap it around your finger, mark the spot where the paper strip meets.
  3. Measure the length with a ruler.
  4. Use the chart below to match your length to the closest circumference in mm.

  2. Measure the inner diameter of the ring in millimeters.

The Measuring Tape

  1. Use a flexible tailor’s tape.
  2. Wrap it around your wrist — snug, but not tight.
  3. Measure at the narrowest point, just below the wrist bone.
  4. Match your measurement to the size chart below.

The Quick Alternative
