3. Measure at the narrowest point, just below the wrist bone.
4. Match your measurement to the size chart below.

1. Use a ribbon, cord, or a strip of paper.
2. Wrap it around your wrist and mark where the ends meet.
3. Lay it flat and measure the length with a ruler.
