Your jewelry is covered by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects. If a fault in the way your ring was made ever reveals itself, we will repair or replace it with care.

Natural Materials

Many Japanese Melody designs include natural materials such as wood, antler, leather, meteorite, or stone. These elements are chosen for their depth, texture, and quiet character.

Because they come from nature, they may evolve over time. Wood may deepen in tone, antler may develop subtle variation, and meteorite may change slightly with wear. This natural aging is not a flaw — it is part of the story your piece carries.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Our warranty does not cover:

– Scratches, dents, or normal wear from daily use
– Damage caused by dropping, impact, or misuse
– Damage caused by water exposure, soap, chemicals, swimming, showering, sauna use, or improper care
– Natural changes in wood, antler, leather, meteorite, or stone
– Loss or theft (covered separately under Lost Protection, if selected)
– More than one complimentary replacement for the same order

These are part of life’s journey, not faults of craft.

Special Care Coverage for Inner Wood Sleeve Rings

Some of our designs include an inner wood sleeve. These rings require more mindful care, not because they are less carefully made, but because natural wood responds differently to daily wear.

Wood brings warmth, character, and history to a ring, but it can be affected by water, soap, chemicals, heat, swimming, showering, sauna use, and improper care. For this reason, inner wood sleeves are covered by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty against separation or lifting caused by a production defect.

The main metal structure of the ring remains protected by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty.

If a craftsmanship concern with a wood element is approved within the 1-year coverage period, our team will make it right with care. Wood-element coverage includes one complimentary replacement per order.

After that, we may still support you with care guidance or preferred discounted replacement options when possible.
