Natural Materials

Many of our designs use wood, antler, leather, or stone — each carrying the life it once lived. These materials may change with time, gaining a patina unique to you. This natural evolution is not a flaw but part of the story.

Exclusions

Our guarantee does not cover:

– Scratches, dents, or wear from daily use
– Damage caused by dropping, impact, or misuse
– Changes in wood, antler, or meteorite from water exposure, chemicals, or neglect
– Loss or theft

These are part of life’s story, not faults of craft.

Special Note on Whiskey Barrel Sleeves

Only two of our designs — the Black Tungsten and Silver Tungsten rings with inner whiskey barrel sleeves — are excluded from the lifetime guarantee. Oak from whiskey barrels carries history and warmth, but it is more sensitive to water. Because we cannot trace how a ring has been worn or if it was constantly exposed to water, we cannot extend the lifetime guarantee on these two rings. With care they will serve for years — and we remain here to advise, repair, or support whenever needed.
