Our Promise
Every Japanese Melody bracelet is made with care, intention, and respect for the materials used.
Our bracelets are designed to be worn, gifted, and carried through everyday moments. Because bracelets sit directly on the wrist, they naturally experience movement, friction, moisture, stretching, and contact with the world around you.
For this reason, Japanese Melody bracelets are covered by a 1-year craftsmanship warranty against manufacturing defects.
What Is Covered
Our 1-year bracelet craftsmanship warranty covers production-related issues such as:
– Faulty assembly
– Defective clasp or closure
– Structural issues caused by craftsmanship
– Beads, cords, leather, or components coming apart due to a production defect
If a craftsmanship concern is approved within the 1-year coverage period, our team will make it right with care.
Bracelet coverage includes one complimentary replacement per order.
Natural Wear
Bracelets are wearable pieces made to move with you. Over time, materials such as leather, cord, beads, stone, metal, or plated details may develop signs of natural wear.
This may include softening, stretching, fading, small scratches, patina, or changes in texture. These changes are not considered defects — they are part of the life of a piece worn close to the skin.
What Our Warranty Does Not Cover
Our bracelet warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear, stretching, scratches, fading, patina, or natural aging
– Damage caused by pulling, impact, accidents, or misuse
– Damage caused by water exposure, soap, chemicals, swimming, showering, sauna use, or improper care
– Broken cords caused by excessive force or pulling
– Loss or theft
– More than one complimentary replacement for the same order
These are part of everyday wear, not faults of craft.
How to Care for Your Bracelet
To help your bracelet last beautifully, we recommend keeping it away from water, soap, perfume, lotions, chemicals, swimming pools, showers, saunas, and heavy impact.
Remove your bracelet before sleeping, training, swimming, showering, or working with your hands.
