This warranty covers production-related issues such as faulty assembly, defective clasps, or structural concerns caused by craftsmanship.
What’s not covered
- Normal wear, stretching, scratches, fading, or natural aging
- Damage caused by pulling, impact, water exposure, misuse, or improper care
- Loss or theft (covered separately under Lost Protection, if selected)
- More than one complimentary replacement per order

Engraving is applied to the wooden presentation box only — not the bracelet.
Please note: orders with engraving may require an additional 1–2 business days for processing before shipment.
You may return or exchange the ring as usual.
The engraved box cannot be returned and stays with you. If the order is returned or cancelled after engraving, $15 will be deducted from your refund.
In short: Bracelet returnable. Box kept. $15 deducted if order is canceled.
